4:20

So, every April 20th you will hear a lot of people saying "yeah its 4:20, fire it up!" Pot smokers have used this code for as long as I can remember. I in fact back in my party days used it myself. Now that I am sober and walk with the Lord I have a new 4:20 and this year I chose Proverbs 4:20," My son, pay attention to what I say; turn your ear to my words". I have been studying Proverbs daily and trying hard to follow the instructions written there in. I won't lie to you it's not always easy. In fact it's a lot of work and commitment, but I find it's turning me into a better person. Breaking some of my old habits and giving me more grace. I am catching myself before I speak or act on something or someone. I am truly grateful to have the willingness to change for the better and work daily on my improvement.

Today was a good day, this morning I went with Tim to the doctor he had to get a cyst on his head removed and some lab work done. Getting older has come with it's challenges, that's for sure. He is fine. :)

Yesterday we went and watched Aaron play T-Ball he is starting to get the hang of the game. He is such a cutie pie, we love this child so much. He has my whole heart! Here he is hitting the ball off the pitch!

Mom is doing really good, she gets dizzy spells here and there, but for the most part she has made great progress. We go tomorrow for some more tests and another doctor appointment later this week. They are taking good care of her up here. Her birthday is in 8 days and her party is in 10. :)
