Yesterday was busy, I did get to go to a meeting and tan it's nice when Tim is home I can have a out without rush or worry. It's important for an alcoholic like me to make my meetings. I cant afford to become complacent. Today is 411 days for me who hoo We have our Birthday celebration next weekend at AA and will get our medallions. I am super proud of this one! God is so good all the time.
This morning Tim and I went to church and grocery shopped. Now is time for house and yard work there is always much to do here on the homestead.
Mom is doing real good today, we pretty much have a routine worked out for her medicines and breathing treatments. She has not smoked since she went to the hospital, she said she doesnt even crave it, which is good cause I wouldnt buy them for her anyway. I am so thankful God took those away from me a year ago. I see where it would have gotton me, and I will tell you, it aint pretty ya'll.
Betty our goat is settled in her and Jug Head are best friends. She is a sneaky little thing trying to get out of the fence. I guess the grass is greener on the other side. Timmy has it all secured so she can try as she may but she wont escape.
Thats all for this weekend, I hope you all have a great Day and Happy Birthday to Aunt Katie!!!
With Love,
Carla Jean
