We Made It!

Got to Alachua this morning, (thank you Joshua for taking me) I picked up my moms car and set out to the hospital to pick her up. Of course I get on the Interstate and go north and I needed to go south after going a half hour the wrong way I figure out its wrong. I get a call while on my way back and I have to go by the medical supply place to pick up her new oxygen machine. I get that, get back on the interstate going the right way this time and off I go to the hospital. I get up to her room she gets discharged and off we go. We are on our way back to her house cause she needed a couple of things, while on our way her machine starts beeping then it turns off she is not getting any air. How could this be? The man assured me both batteries had 3 hours each. We reset the machine it comes on ok here we go, it starts beeping then shuts off again, lets plug it into the adapter, we do that and reset it and change out the battery... It shuts off again another dead battery and the power cord isnt powering this machine. She is suffocating. I pull into the Sonnys BBQ in Alachua and panic is setting in. She calls 911. Waiting and afraid the firemen show up about 7 of them and they have oxygen as they checked her vitals and I called that guy at the medical supply place and tell him all about it! He was on his way and he was there in a flash. He was trucking it for sure. So he brings a new machine and tanks to us. The Alachua Firemen saved the day and the medical supply guy saved our trip. We thank them all for helping 2 girls is distress.

We are here at home in Georgia Mom has a full belly and has discovered she likes green drinks and almond milk. She is in bed now resting after this long day.
